To begin a return or exchange claim, contact our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@jadecomplexions.com.

Return Window: All eligible items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Include the original order number and a copy of the packing slip. Ship the item to the following address:

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items unless the return is due to our error or the item is damaged.

Return Conditions: Unopened and unused items within the 30 day return window are eligible for a full refund. Any opened or slightly used product(s) are not refundable; but can be eligible for store credit or be exchanged. 

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

Exceptions
Items that are marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.
Defective or damaged items may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
